Artwork is delivered to you
by DHL or Parcelforce in sturdy packaging to
protect from any damage in transit.
However, should you be
unfortunate to receive your artwork damaged, please feel rest assured that you can contact me for
return
instructions (at my cost) and a replacement (prints
only)
or a refund*.
* Please notify me
immediately of any damage and at latest within 48 hours
of receipt.
** For any other reason
than damage, you may return your art within 14 days for a refund,
less P&P, costs. Please contact me for directions.
